Result: Supported Holland & Barrett’s Science Team by delivering in-depth competitor analysis, identifying market opportunities, and guiding the development of evidence-based products.
In addition, translated scientific literature to design and create the content for 5 x internal e-learning modules and 2 x external presentations for the H&B Science team to deliver at an industry conference.
Impact: This work strengthened Holland & Barrett’s product strategy by providing competitor insights that informed formulation decisions and enhanced the brand’s market positioning.
Supported training of over 7,800 colleagues across H&B’s 1000 stores, and supported the science team in building brand authority through thought leadership.
